So we start week 3 of summer and im back on site and handed a Stihl-saw, then pointed in the direction of Phase2 of the site. After assisting with a staff to show the 360 digger driver Glenn the correct dig level the piles were finally on show and ready too be cut down. Once again the staff was needed too mark out the correct cut level - this is a long but money saving process - if it is done wrong it could cost a lot of money! Below are some pictures of the process, from the digging to the cutting!

So from photo 1 - 4 :
1. The stihl-saw I was allowed to use!
2. One of several hundred piles I had too cut down.
3. Just one of the blocks piles which had been cut down and filled with sand ready for the proofing!
4. The proofing cut to the correct sizes and fitted ready for concrete.
